Change of Residency

If you move, please notify Ritsuko Huth [email protected] and provide two current proofs residency. These can be mortgage or rental agreement, a utility bill or statement of service, a bank account statement, or an updated driver’s license. You can bring the documents to school, or submit them using  this Google form 

If the student is living with another family who is providing residency, you will need to complete the Residency Verification and Checklist:
