Mission Statement

To facilitate a partnership of students, parents, teachers and staff that provides support and caring connections for all students. Our goal is to encourage healthy, productive and resilient character that will enable students to successfully assimilate into adulthood.

Student Education and Support

Student Services offers the following services:

  • Crisis Intervention
  • Student Support Groups
  • Daily support for all students
  • Tobacco Education & Cessation Support Groups
  • Conflict Mediation
  • Alcohol, Tobacco, and Drug Resources
  • Community Service Coordination 
    • SAVE Club
    • Sandy Hook Promise
  • Peer Counseling
    • Tutoring Programs
    • Mentoring Programs
    • Awareness

Parent Education and Support

Student Services offers the following services:

  • Conducts student interventions with parent involvement
  • Host community presentations in connection with PTSA
  • Assists in creating linkages to the District-wide "Safe and Caring Connection Center" and other community organizations to further support family needs
