26/27 Back To School Welcome Events

In preparation for the 26/27 school year, we will be hosting the below events. Please save the dates.

New to PUSD Event - August 5

This event is designed to support students who are new to the Poway Unified School District or who arejoining Westview from a feeder school other than Mesa Verde Middle School (MVMS) or Black Mountain Middle School (BMMS). We look forward to welcoming you and providing the resources and information you need for a smooth transition (event details below).

Spirit of Westview 9th Grade Day - August 6

All incoming 9th graders are invited to join us for a session dedicated to building school spirit, making connections, and learning about life at Westview. It's a wonderful opportunity to get to know classmates, staff, and the campus before the first day(event details below).

Returning Students (10th-12th Grade)

All other returning students do not need to attend any events prior to the first dayof school this year. In the past, we issued textbooks and took student photos before school started, but this year, these activities will take place during the school day on Friday, August 14th. Class schedules for returning students will be available via Synergy prior to the first dayof school.

Back to School Night - August 25

We are excited to welcome all parents and guardians to our annual Back to School Night on Tuesday, August 25th. This is a great opportunity to meet teachers, learn about our programs, and connect with the Westview community.
