LATE Winter Athletic Clearance - forms can be dropped off before and after school (until 3:59pm), Wolverine Time, and Lunch at the Athletics office; forms due for Winter Sports are due by Thursday, 10-24, 3:59p.
Forms may also be dropped off at the Athletic Training Room starting 4th period as time allows.
LATE Winter Athletic Clearance forms submitted late will take an extended length of time to review, depending on time allotted outside of responsibilities to the in season sports and school breaks. Forms submitted will not guarantee tryout and athletes must be cleared prior to tryout. Coaches can close rosters/tryouts at their discretion.
