Drawing and Painting

 

Drawing and Painting is an introductory course that allows students the experience of 

working in an artistic atmosphere and to participate in the processes used by artists to 

create works of art. These processes include conceptualizing, designing, drawing, 

painting and finishing a variety of different media. Working through these processes, 

the student not only gains an appreciation for the artistic process but also gains an 

insight into their own creative abilities.
